Inbound Sales Manager
Role purpose:
- Overseeing the
Inbound Sales & Service department
to ensure financial and regulatory
objectives are met
- Ensure all
departmental employees are
competent, fit for purpose,
developed and motivated
- In line with our
policy, ensure the principle of
Treating Customers Fairly is an
intrinsic part of the organisation's
culture and day-to-day operations.
- To deliver sales
and service results for the Inbound
call centre.
The Sales Manager
will drive improvements, which will
increase shareholder value, promote
an excellent customer experience and
will make it a great place for our
people to work.
- For FSA
regulation purposes maintain
appropriate knowledge of the
‘High Level Standards'
within the FSA's Handbook of
Rules and Guidance and be
able to apply this knowledge
in ensuring the business
complies with the
regulations to the fullest
extent.

line management experience
within a Call Centre
environment

Experience maintaining
service levels within an
Inbound contact centre -
service AND sales
Desirable

Understanding of HGB systems
and products

Experience of working within
an FSA regulated environment
would be advantageous
