for Account Director and Client Service
Director roles within outsourced call
centres. Account Directors are
client facing and are responsible for
one or more clients and will usually
have a team of people underneath him to
perform. The Account Director role
differs from outsourcer to outsourcer
but will often include at least some
business development. Each of our
clients has different requirements from
their potential Account Directors in
terms of experience and skills. If
