Working within the Hartlepool this opportunity is for staff to work as an outbound call centre agent for a prestigious brand.

 

Skills/Personal Attributes

 

·          Good keyboard skills.

·          Strong communication skills.

·          Polite and professional telephone manner.

·          Committed and motivated individual with strong organisational skills.

·          Team Player.

·          Flexibility

·          Demonstrate a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

·          Strong negotiation skills.

3 months customer service experience desirable however not essential as full training will be provided.

 Current formal warnings and attendance record will be taken into consideration during the recruitment process including the short-listing stage.

  

Qualifications

 

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
