Overall job purpose:
• To run in-house telemarketing function
• Set-up and co ordinate telemarketing project
• To manage, maintain, update and develop UK
client database
Main duties:
• Manage and develop telemarketing team
ensuring project KPI’s are met
• Maintain and develop Jungheinrich UK’s
client database
• Management and manipulation of database
• Assist the marketing team in direct
marketing activities
• Preparation and presentation of activity and
sales results to senior management team
In addition to the duties and responsibilities
listed, the jobholder is required to perform
other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager
from time to time.
Essential Qualifications/skills
• Previous working knowledge of a lead
generating call centre essential.
• Experience of outbound telemarketing in a
B2B environment
• Familiarity with the practical operation of
databases & data management
• Previous telemarketing supervisory/
management experience
• PC literate with excellent knowledge of
Microsoft Access and Excel
• Highly numerate and analytical
• Highly effective communicator
• Ability to write and present information to
senior management
Desirable qualifications/skills
• Working knowledge of SAP
• At least two years experience of data
management in a lead generating call centre
• Knowledge of SQL databases
