The Job
We are currently looking for a full time
Training & Development Officer to work
with our FSA campaign. Although
dedicated to the FSA campaign, this role
reports into the Operational Training
Department.
The main purpose of the role is to
implement training approaches that meet
the business and campaign objectives and
contribute to the company’s further
development. This objective will be
achieved by designing, delivering,
evaluating and testing training
programs.
The role holder is also responsible for
campaign training requirements, requests
and changes. You will be expected to
make recommendations for change, and to
be client facing. You will identify and
agree future training requirements and
establish interventions to satisfy them
effectively.
You will implement strategies to improve
staff performance and team quality
through monitoring.
The Selection Criteria
Experience
·
You will have a minimum of 1 years
training experience, preferably call
centre.
·
Proven call centre experience.
·
Customer orientated background (finance
is preferable).
Qualifications
·
Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent.
·
Working or willing to work towards
professional training qualification.
Skills/personal attributes
·
Solid understanding of how training can
influence achievement of business
objectives.
·
Strong motivational skills to develop
peoples attitudes and skills
·
Excellent communication skills to impart
knowledge and information
·
Ability to identify and respond
appropriately to training requirements
demonstrating flexibility in shifting
priorities.
·
Is committed, enthusiastic, positive,
resourceful and resilient.
